Yes, my husband has long Covid. Although depression and fatigue were with him before Covid, he was functioning. After Covid, he has been on disability for 3 years. He does not have POTS like so many do, but the flares and fatigue you described are very real. I'm not sure the research is going anywhere. We've been to lc clinics and rehab and they still don't get it. They push him to exercise or go to occupational therapy then he relapses. We're hopeful at the moment as he just started on LDN which many long haulers are raving about. I applaud you for still getting out there and living your life because I know that fear of a relapse can be so powerful it can stop you from doing anything. ❤️
