Totally relate to all of this. I'm a doer also...God also gave me a Scripture...many, many years ago...I didn't understand it until recently. It's Isaiah 30:15. I've turned it into a prayer that reminds me daily I need to return to Him and rest...which is really what Be still means. Isn't He kind to wait for us to run out of our steam?
