Thank you for saying this part aloud. Nobody wants to admit this bias goes on... let's add agism to the list. I'm 55+, white, female, not a protected veteran and not disabled. If it doesn't matter then why do they ask. I've also had them ask my sexual orientation and if I'm transgender. Maybe they would like to look at my resume? Lol. It's crazy out there.
