Really weird about the 3rd nipple, I didn't know that! I had a breast reduction when I was 40. My boobs were almost all breast tissue, no fat. It was easy for the surgeon to take a couple pounds off each one. I wanted then to be a perky B to match my size 6 body but I ended up with a perky C and I was thrilled. Unfortunately they do grow back and I'm in a D again. Life with big boobs was not easy!
