Over the last year I've read and reread Life Without Lack by Dallas Willard. Easily the most valuable book about living in the Kingdom I have ever read. I memorized Psalm 23 and daily wrote in my journal: The reality of God is a life without lack. We have every promise we need summarized in this Psalm. I do love sheep but they are desperately helpless - that certainly should keep us humble when we reflect that God calls us sheep.
