I downloaded your book on Kindle. We are full time rv-ing right now because we can't find a place that offers what we are looking for. There is a community in AZ, Verrado, that is built like this, however the home prices have skyrocketed in the last year. Tiny home communities seem hopeful but we've yet to find one that offers that walkability factor. Looking forward to reading your book.
