Hard to even get to the interview. The application asks for age, gender, and ethnicity. I'm now the most unlikely to get pulled. They say that doesn't impact the decision but they can say anything for why they didn't call me for an interview. I also think they see a candidate in late 50s or early 60s as someone just getting ready to skate into retirement. Not "hungry".
